High on Air?

Man, people in London will do some crazy things to get drunk! But inhaling vaporized alcohol? That seems out there.

It reminds me of a story my father-in-law told me one time. He and 2 friends wanted to drink but didn't have much money. They went to a bar and ordered one shot of whiskey, stuck a fork in the shot, and then sucked the whiskey off the fork. Same principal as a vaporized gin and tonic, I suppose.
